Remote Control capabilities for Edge DX is missing!!!!
Now we use TeamViewer which is expensive and the users need to download it and connect, which takes time.
Can you add to the Edge DX Remote Control capabilities out of the box?
Is this part of the product roadmap.
It makes sense to me that it will we part of the product.
If we could initiate, with the user’s approval of course Remote or Shadow access to the user’s physical endpoint with out any prerequisites.

+1I am happy to let you all know that we have released Remote ControlUp capabilities for Windows machines with the user’s approval and you can also open remote shell to CMD of the machine.
We are working of Remote Control for Macs as well.
